using lithium titanate as an anode compared to activated carbon based
EDLC. The energy density of the Hybrid-Supercap which exhibits
oxidation-reduction behavior is 2.5times higher than that of the EDLC
which exhibits electrostatic adsorption-desorption behavior. The
Hybrid-Supercap system is composed of the capacitor system and the
secondary battery system.
Samwha manufactures from 250 to 7500F in capacitance with operating
voltage of 2.8V. Furthermore, Samwha develops and provides
Hybrid-Supercap module to offer attuned solutions for the use of
Hybrid-Supercap through direct collaboration with client.
