• Vareity of E shpaes are widly used for transformer. Magentic path lengh and sectional area are ideal. Core Loss is also lowest comparing to other shapes. There are many kinds of shapes including E, EI, EER, EED etc.

• Combination with bobbins are working well. Especially atutomatic winding is available with thie shape. In case of EER shape, center leg is round type, so easy to wind.

• They are used for transformer, and PFC coke mainly.
